Job Description
Job Title:
Operations Associate Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day tracking of company trailers going inbound/outbound into Mexico
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Mexico to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and distribute reports and presentations
- Maintain and update company databases and systems
- Support the team in project management and execution
- Assist in resolving operational issues and concerns
- Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Provide administrative support to the operations department
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations or administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish, written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
