Job Description

We're Hiring! Our key client is growing like crazy and adding a Dispatcher to their team.
Pay Rate:
Up to$21.00/hour on W2, depending on experience
Work Type:
Onsite -
Monahans, TX Work Schedule:
7 days on / 3 days off, working 12.5-hour shifts. Candidates will also participate in a rotating remote night schedule 12.5 hours once trained.
Duration:
12-month contract with possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to coordinate daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Receives telephone calls and reports calls for service jobs to crews or other personnel utilizing telephone and occasionally radio communications equipment. Effectively manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure work is scheduled and executed efficiently.
Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent and knowledge of two-way radio and telephone operating procedures. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to make sound decisions and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Dispatch experience. Customer service experience. Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn scheduling or dispatch systems.
