As a Dispatcher, you'll coordinate route sequencing, keep drivers informed of changes in real time, and serve as a first point of contact for customers and team members alike. This role suits candidates with prior dispatch experience as well as motivated new applicants ready to learn a fast-paced, team-oriented operation. Responsibilities Sequence and dispatch routes to keep drivers on schedule Communicate route changes to drivers in real time Check drivers in and out to support a positive start and route completion Answer phones and greet incoming employees Answer customer calls and provide first level service Provide administrative support for special projects and other tasks as assigned Work with the team to ensure accurate information and superior customer service Communicate clearly with team members in person and by phone Schedule This position works Monday through Friday, with start times between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Additional hours may be needed based on business needs.
