As a Dispatcher, you'll coordinate route sequencing, keep drivers informed of changes in real time, and serve as a first point of contact for customers and team members alike. This role suits candidates with prior dispatch experience as well as motivated new applicants ready to learn a fast-paced, team-oriented operation.
ResponsibilitiesSequence and dispatch routes to keep drivers on scheduleCommunicate route changes to drivers in real timeCheck drivers in and out to support a positive start and route completionAnswer phones and greet incoming employeesAnswer customer calls and provide first level serviceProvide administrative support for special projects and other tasks as assignedWork with the team to ensure accurate information and superior customer serviceCommunicate clearly with team members in person and by phoneScheduleThis position works Monday through Friday, with start times between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Additional hours may be needed based on business needs.
