Onsite (In person) We are hiring a reliable and customer-focused Towing Dispatcher to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position at a busy towing company. No dispatch experience required — training provided.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers and service partners Dispatch tow truck drivers efficiently Collect and enter accurate call and vehicle information Provide calm, professional customer service Communicate with drivers and update job statuses
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Dependable and punctual Willingness to learn Preferred (Not Required): Dispatch or call center experience Knowledge of local roads and highways
