Job Description

Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Take daily orders from Superintendents via e-mail Call supplier to set up orders for next day Aggregate Tracker Schedule updates in B2W-Mondays Update equipment locations on B2W-Daily Send reports to General Superintendent team as needed Any Dispatcher related tasks/Duties as needed Follow up with subcontractors
Scheduler Qualifications:
2+ years of dispatch experience in the construction/building materials industry Proficiency with computer programs, including Office Suite A high school diploma or GED is required A desire to learn and grow. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
