Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate service appointments and dispatches Communicate with customers, contractors, and team members Manage incoming calls, messages, and emails Track jobs, schedules, and updates accurately Enter and maintain customer and job information Assist with paperwork, reports, and general administrative tasks Follow up on appointments and resolve scheduling issues Provide professional customer service and support the office team Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize Professional phone and customer service skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Detail-oriented and dependable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous dispatch, scheduling, or office experience preferred Position Full-Time |
