Full-time This position is for a company that manufactures, sells & distributes bulk construction aggregate materials.

The dispatch clerk will process material orders and dispatch independent haulers for pick up & deliveries. Dispatch will also be responsible doing quotes. Also responsible for weighting customer trucks, providing timely and accurate tickets to customers & ensuring the smooth flow of traffic across the scales. The dispatch clerk will receive & prepare invoices to be sent to the main office by checking the items for accuracy on hauling rates and material quantities & tickets. Prepare scales for daily use. Work with Plant Administrative Support Supervisors to troubleshoot and repair issues. Operate the truck scales and generate correct tickets for the customers. Weigh and record incoming materials to be re-sold.

QuickBooks experience required
Experience in Sales Estimates is a plus
