Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate daily pickup and delivery operations for our trading card distribution business. This role is responsible for managing a fleet of 6 truck drivers delivering products to 4 regional locations, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient transportation of inventory. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing updates, directions, and support throughout the day Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules to meet operational deadlines and customer expectations Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery times, and route performance Communicate with fulfillment and inventory teams to ensure that all requested movements/shipments/pickups are completed each day Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations Optimize routes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs Qualifications 2+ years of dispatching, logistics, or transportation coordination experience preferred Familiarity with routing software, GPS systems, or transportation management systems (TMS) Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to problem-solve quickly and make real-time decisions Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards is preferred Key Skills Route planning and optimization Time management and prioritization Attention to detail Conflict resolution Team coordination Ensure your Fanatics job offer is legitimate and don't fall victim to fraud.
