Overview:
Gathers and analyzes customer calls and various computer data to determine location and cause of power outages. Efficiently dispatches first response personnel and repair crews to provide quick and logical response to outages and emergency situations. Performs callouts in ARCOS for service restoration, emergencies, planned overtime, and fill-shifts.
Preferred Years of Experience:
Nice to have hands on dispatch/operations center experience
Top Required Skills:
1) Ability to handle multiple tasks from start to finish, prioritizing and handling constantly changing priority levels 2) Ability to work under pressure and make well thought out decisions 3) Ability to analyze large subsets of data from multiple information sources and determine and create appropriate action plans 4) Strong Customer service skills with prior experience in a long-term hands-on operations analyst role supporting internal and external clients 5) Prior dispatch skills (911 operations centers, utilities operations centers, etc.)
Soft Skill Requirements:
Strong communication skills both verbal and written Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
Pay:
$22.00 - $28.50 per hour
