REQUIREMENTS

• Background and drug test
• Relocate to Redmond before starting work (Required)
• Experience in fleet management and logistics coordination.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of dispatching procedures and best practices in a shop setting
• Proficiency in shop repair flow processes.

JOB DUTIES

• Review all work orders awaiting completion.
• Assess known parts required and availability and coordinate with parts department to fulfill requirements. Assemble parts in tub.
• Assign technician best suited to work required with most immediate availability. ' Update Work orders for additional parts or work required based on technician initial assessment of jobs on work order.
• Coordinate with Fixed Operations Counter and Warranty Staff to communicate with appropriate customer (External, Warranty or Sales Manager) information provided by technicians for approval of work.
• Once approved, communicate parts needed to Parts team for ordering.
• Monitor status of parts on order and reassign work orders as parts received for completion of jobs.
• Review repairs before notifying Fixed Operations Counter Staff to notify customer that unit is ready for pickup.
• Regularly evaluate staged service units for outdated service.
• Keep work orders within a 30 day window to return to customer.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues that may arise during the dispatch process.

PAY:

$22.00-$29.00 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing requirements of all work orders by coordinating service counter job details with parts status and technician capability and availability.
