Dispatcher

Description Robert Half is looking for a Dispatcher to join a local Spokane Valley based company on a contract to hire basis.

Pay:

$20-24/hr DOE Job duties will include:

• Manage service calls, schedule and dispatch technicians, and prioritize urgent requests
• Track job progress, coordinate on-call coverage, and communicate with customers before and after service
• Create, update, and close service jobs in company systems and support invoicing and reporting
• Order and track parts, coordinate visits based on material availability, and manage parts-only sales
• Review technician time, verify payroll details, approve expenses, and assist with A/R and collections
• Maintain communication across field and office teams, support leadership priorities, and help keep daily operations running smoothly Requirements
• HVAC terminology knowledge preferred; experience with service software (Service Fusion a plus) and QuickBooks / QuickBooks Time
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organization, prioritization, data accuracy, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, dependable, customer-focused, and effective in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn and support both operations and inside sales
