AirReps a subsidiary of Daikin Comfort Technologies North America is a commercial Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) company, is seeking an organized, detail oriented, and reliable person for a full-time Service Coordinator position in our Bellevue, WA Air Reps office. Responsibilities:
Dispatching a team of Field Service Technicians Maintaining consistent communication on current status with the Field Service Technicians, Customers, Vendors, and other office staff Prioritizing service calls according to urgency and importance Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the flow of product and labor Coordinating schedules with other Coordinators and Customers, including emergency service requests Managing the shared dispatch email inbox Answering, responding to, and directing phone calls Distributing necessary collected information and documents to Field Service Technicians and storing internal collected information for reference, as needed Ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of schedules are maintained in dispatch system and internal cloud storage Assisting with generating scopes of work Maintaining expenses within approved budgetary constraints by utilizing our internal purchase order system and watching costs in the job Performing general office workQualifications:
Previous Dispatching experience preferred Construction industry experience preferred HVAC knowledge preferred, but not required Microsoft Office experience, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams Demonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking and problem solving Ability to prioritize tasks in order of urgency Detail-Oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter and time management skills Professionalism Ability to drive tasks to a conclusion Willingness to learn and ask questions Minimum high school diploma or equivalent Flexible schedule requiredWage:
