Customer Heroes Position Summary:

Guardian's Central Station is seeking a Full-Time Alarm Dispatcher for the graveyard shift. The role involves processing over-the-phone requests, dispatching for various alarm events, and accurately evaluating alarm signals.

Pay:

$21

• 25 per hour The followin g schedule is available : Full time Graveyard (8 PM-6 AM), 4x10's Workdays are flexible; availability for one weekend day is required.

W ork

Location:

In person at our Yakima location (408 S. 2nd Street Yakima, WA 98901) The station is a 24/7, 365 day operation with on-site attendance required.

Core Duties:

Processing over-the-phone requests Dispatching on Fire, Security, Medical, and Life/Safety alarm events Comprehend and evaluate alarm signal events quickly and accurately Review account signal traffic history accurately and quickly Relay account/signal information in a complete and informationally dense manner This list is not exhaustive. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned as needed.

Computer Skills:

Work Environment:

This job is 99% sedentary and it uses fingers, hands, arms when working with mouse, keyboard, and monitors. Close vision and distance vision are necessary. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally will lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
