Job Description

Star Management Services is looking for an experienced towing dispatcher who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep drivers moving efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Dispatch tow trucks and mobile recovery drivers Manage incoming service calls Monitor jobs, GPS, and driver activity Handle invoicing and service documentation
Requirements:
Towing dispatch experience required Towbook and Samsara experience preferred Strong multitasking and communication skills Reliable and calm under pressure
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | Rotating weeks, 6am-12pm and 2pm-10pm 2 weekend days per month Competitive pay DOE Full-time | Year-round work
