Required Skills Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation management (5+ years preferred) Strong communication skills via phone, email, and other channels Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively under pressure Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address operational discrepancies Attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Nice to Have Skills Experience working with produce or perishable goods Negotiation skills for coordinating with transportation partners Knowledge of transportation management software or logistics systems Preferred Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's in supply chain, logistics, or transportation preferred 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management Other Requirements Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with potential for after-hours and weekend on-call duties Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be advantageous Willingness to adapt quickly to changing situations in a dynamic environment Bring your expertise and proactive mindset to our team—apply today and become part of a company that values integrity, teamwork, and growth!
