Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for customers Coordinate and manage dispatch activities to ensure timely and efficient operations Enter and maintain accurate information in dispatch systems and spreadsheets Handle inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and strong phone etiquette Communicate updates, schedules, and operational changes clearly and efficiently Support daily logistics and supply chain operations through effective organization and follow-through Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to confidently manage multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy; strong typing skills are a plus Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, remain calm under pressure, and accept professional feedback with a positive and growth-oriented attitude.
