Requirements:

Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred Perioperative/surgical experience preferred BLS certification preferred Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare operating room and surgical instruments for procedures Assist surgeons and nursing staff by passing instruments and maintaining sterile fields Monitor surgical equipment and verify proper functionality Maintain accurate counts of instruments, sponges, and supplies Document procedural details and communicate effectively with the surgical team
