Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations. Communicate with customers by phone, email, and other methods to schedule appointments and provide updates. Coordinate daily technician schedules and adjust assignments as needed. Monitor service calls and follow up to ensure jobs are completed on time. Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and customer information. Communicate job details, priorities, and special instructions to technicians. Handle scheduling changes, delays, and customer concerns professionally. Work closely with management and the service team to maintain efficient operations. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred but not required. Experience in a service-related industry is a plus.
