Description Emergency Preparedness Consultants are members of the ClubSafe team that evaluate, develop and implement comprehensive safety programs for clients in the private club, fitness and resort industry. Our consultants have a background in Emergency Medical Care, Emergency Response, Athletic Training, Public Safety, or Employee Health and Safety/OSHA compliance. Our consultants work together as a team to provide our customers with comprehensive safety programs. Must have strong interpersonal skills, be team oriented, enjoy teaching, and are available for overnight travel. Responsibilities Conduct assessment of Emergency Preparedness at customer site. Prepare Recommendations and documentation of findings. Implement a ClubSafe designed Emergency Response Plan for customer. Train customer staff in CPR/AED, First Aid, Fire/Building Evacuation Conduct mock drills to prepare customer staff on emergency situations Prepare customer management team on EP and/or EHS on site Understand needs of customer, build relationship with management team Requirements Paramedic, EMT, RN, Athletic Trainer, EMS Educator, OSHA Consultant (current or former) Emergency Management experience preferred Employee Health and Safety/OSHA compliance experience beneficial, but not required Certified CPR/AED Instructor (or eligible) Ability to train and influence team members Ability to travel both locally and overnight Self- motivated, organized, detail oriented, willing to learn, team player
