Job Description

Join HealthPartners as the Manager of Emergency Medicine and Critical Care Operations at Regions Hospital and play a key role in advancing exceptional patient care through operational leadership and strategic partnership. The Manager of Emergency Medicine and Critical Care Operations responsibilities are to support HealthPartners quality, financial and service goals through professional management for the department practices. This role serves as the main point of contact for operationalizing practice-related initiatives involving the Emergency Medicine and Critical Care Department.
Work Schedule :
Monday through Friday, Business hours
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care or other related field. 3-5 years experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial management. Experience in lead, supervisory or management role. Required Skills and Competencies Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Skilled in project management, planning, and organizational effectiveness. Ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing, collaborative teams. Effective at balancing competing priorities and stakeholder needs. Skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation. Adaptable and resilient in dynamic, rapidly changing environments. Ability to influence without authority and foster collaboration across all organizational levels. Quick learner with the ability to understand and synthesize complex systems and information. Self-motivated, independent, and results oriented. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in healthcare administration, or related field.
