This role serves as the main point of contact for operationalizing practice-related initiatives involving the Emergency Medicine and Critical Care Department.

Work Schedule :

Monday through Friday, Business hours

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care or other related field. 3-5 years experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial management. Experience in lead, supervisory or management role. Required Skills and Competencies Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, independent, and results oriented. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in healthcare administration, or related field.
