We're seeking a dedicated and inspiring Director of Emergency Services to lead programs that provide shelter, stability, and hope to individuals experiencing homelessness and crisis. What You'll Do
- Lead a vibrant and experienced team while overseeing Emergency Services programs that provide shelter and support to individuals in need
- Guide, mentor, and support staff in delivering high-quality, person-centered services
- Build and strengthen partnerships with community organizations and service providers
- Ensure program effectiveness, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Help clients move toward housing stability, self-sufficiency, and long-term success
- Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence ______________________________________________ What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, LCSW preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of case management experience
- Demonstrated experience supervising staff and managing schedules required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of addictions, behavioral health, and trauma-informed care
- Valid driver's license required
- A commitment to serving vulnerable populations with dignity and respect
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, with flexibility as neededSalary Range:
