  • $42.40/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position. Comprehensive Benefits Package

  • Overview
POSITION SUMMARY
The Program Manager Emergency Preparedness & Response is responsible for planning, coordinating, and developing the Emergency Preparedness Program for OSF HealthCare across the organization. Serves as a liaison between the organization, local entities, and community partners for disaster preparedness. Collaborates with appropriate OSF HealthCare and hospital committees to ensure compliance with regulatory standards related to emergency preparedness. Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School/GED Experience:
5 years of related work experience in Emergency Management, Emergency Medical, Fire, or Police Service
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Industrial Health, Environmental Health, or related field.
Experience:
2 years of experience in emergency preparedness Experience leading teams Other skills/knowledge: Completion of Incident Command System (ICS) 100, 200, 300, 700, and 800 Experience using the National Incident Management System (NIMS) OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
