Job DescriptionProvide critical emergency medical care while leading a high-performing EMS team in a fast-paced international healthcare environment. This role offers the opportunity to combine advanced paramedic practice, operational leadership, and emergency response coordination while supporting patients in a mission-driven clinical setting.

IraqPosition OverviewThe EMT Paramedic Lead oversees on-site emergency medical services operations while delivering advanced pre-hospital and emergency care to patients in collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. This position plays a key role in emergency preparedness, clinical oversight, staff coordination, and maintaining high standards of patient care and operational readiness.

Working closely with medical leadership, the EMT Paramedic Lead supports emergency response planning, supervises EMT personnel, and helps ensure compliance with clinical protocols, training standards, and documentation requirements.

Compensation Disclaimer:

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
