Job Description

Company Overview Homes of America, LLC ("HOA"), which was formed in 2020, is a nationwide owner and operator of manufactured housing communities. The firm is focused on opportunistically acquiring, improving, and operating manufactured housing communities in primary, secondary, and tertiary markets across the United States. Our leadership team has decades of experience acquiring, improving, and operating businesses and assets across a myriad of industries and asset classes. Homes of America is well on its way to becoming the country's premier owner and operator of manufactured housing communities with one of the industry's largest and most diverse portfolios. To date, HOA has invested in and currently manages approximately 15,500 home sites across 155 communities and 19 states. Job Summary Magnolia Pointe Storage is seeking a dependable, results-driven Self Storage Facility Manager to oversee daily operations at our Mobile, AL location. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone experienced in storage operations, customer service, collections, and occupancy management .
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the self-storage facility Process rentals, move-ins, and customer account setup Post daily batches, verify payments, and manage delinquent accounts Post, manage, and coordinate auctions for delinquent units (in compliance with state regulations) Run weekly operational and financial reports Drive occupancy through pricing strategies, promotions, and lead follow-up Manage and optimize Google Business Profile for visibility and customer engagement Utilize SpareFoot and other platforms to increase rentals Conduct regular property walks, inspections, and unit checks Open units and take marketing photos for listings Maintain a clean, secure, and well-managed facility Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
Qualifications:
Self-storage, property management, or related experience preferred Experience with Storable Edge platform strongly preferred Familiarity with Google Business Profile Experience with SpareFoot or similar platforms preferred Strong organizational and reporting skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Comfortable performing light physical tasks (walking property, opening units, taking photos) Basic computer proficiency required •Stable, full-time position. Pay:
Up to $50,000.00 per year
