With over 16 years of experience, we specialize in structured cabling, security, and technology infrastructure for commercial and multi-family projects. We are seeking a highly organized and driven Warehouse, Fleet & Facility Manager to support our growing operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes ownership of warehouse operations, fleet coordination, facility management, and administrative support functions. The position plays a critical role in supporting field operations, project teams, and service leadership to ensure efficiency, accountability, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Warehouse & Logistics Coordination Coordinate material deliveries to project sites. Manage scheduling and tracking of shared tools and equipment. Maintain organization, inventory accountability, and operational resource tracking. Assist with warehouse organization and operational efficiency improvements. Coordinate with field staff and project managers to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment. Fleet & Facility Management Oversee company vehicle coordination, maintenance scheduling, and fleet tracking. Maintain facility organization, cleanliness, and operational readiness. Coordinate vendor services, facility repairs, and maintenance needs. Monitor and manage operational assets, equipment storage, and accountability. Support safety compliance and operational standards within the warehouse and facility. Administrative & Billing Support Assist with service billing and invoice preparation. Verify service ticket documentation for billing accuracy and completeness. Support operational reporting and administrative tracking. Assist with document management and workflow organization. Provide administrative support to operations, project managers, and service leadership teams. General Operations Support Support day-to-day operational coordination and communication. Assist with project support tasks and operations scheduling. Help maintain operational processes and reporting systems. Support customer communication and follow-up as needed. Assist with Procore administration and project documentation. This position is expected to evolve as DLTS continues to grow. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking on new operational and administrative responsibilities as company needs and processes develop.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer, administrative, and data entry skills. Experience coordinating schedules, logistics, fleet operations, or service operations preferred. Construction, low-voltage, service, or field operations experience is a plus. Experience with Procore or similar project management software preferred. Ability to work effectively with field staff, project managers, vendors, and leadership teams.
