Own It All. CPLC Corazón is a client-centered, multicultural center with bilingual staff offering a variety of treatment modalities. We have been providing Substance Abuse treatment through our CARF Accredited Level II Residential Treatment Center since 1983. The 30- to 60-day structured treatment program incorporates best practices targeted to the clients enrolled in the program.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?
You will be responsible for the overall maintenance and physical aspects of the Corazon campus to include buildings and campus grounds. You will monitor and complete ordering of supplies and furniture related to the campus and operational functions. You will be the primary contact for maintenance needs and internal and external workers. You will oversee the fleet vehicles.

You work well both autonomously and in a team setting. You are responsible and reliable. You have excellent organization and time management skills. You can conduct yourself in a professional manner. You are relationship builder both internally and externally. You possess good written and verbal communication skills.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Minimum of three years experience working in a residential treatment setting Maintenance experience and fleet vehicle management skills. Must be able to pass a drug test upon hire and adhere to the CPLC chemical use policy. Must have or obtain within 30 days of hire: CPR/First Aid Certification, CPI certification, AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card, current TB test. Possess an Arizona Driver's license, vehicle insurance and ability to be covered under CPLC's policy.
