Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role involves servicing plumbing fixtures, HVAC systems, the production floor, air systems, and building facilities. This position requires the ability to complete tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain, repair and replace plumbing fixtures in all restrooms. Clear minor clogs in sewer lines. Replace air conditioner filters in office areas according to the Maintenance Manager's replacement schedule. Repair cracks in production floor as needed. Perform maintenance on evap coolers when required i.e. replace motors, bearings, belts, pumps, and filters. Repair and replace air hoses and connectors; drain excess water from air lines. Collect and dispose of oil and water from air compressors in proper containers. Repair metal and wood structures in the facility. Maintain, clean and repair all finish line equipment i.e. guns, pumps and hoses etc. Work with the Safety/Environmental department as needed
Skills & Experience:
2+ years' experience as a Facilities Technician Must be highly motivated and able to work independently. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Ability to be flexible and multi-task.
Education:
Prefer a high school diploma/
