Facilities Coordinator

Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Facilities Specialist.

Responsibilities include:

Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the Global Cyber Center (GCC) building to meet health and safety standards. Manage office systems, including IT and office equipment. Identify, develop, and execute preventative maintenance programs for facilities, grounds, and various systems (plumbing, HVAC, roofs, fire protection, etc.). Review, prioritize, and assign daily work orders. Supervise on-site technicians, laborers, and contractors. Manage the day-to-day maintenance of all facilities, grounds, and equipment. Assist in developing and managing occupancy and project budgets. Develop long-range plans for facilities maintenance, write RFPs, analyze quotes, and assist in negotiating contracts. Coordinate central maintenance activities that may impact production. Plan and assign preventative maintenance using a computerized management system. Manage and optimize the inventory of critical spare parts. Supervise the documentation and record-keeping of all equipment.

Familiarity with tools and equipment for various plumbing maintenance functions. Familiarity with the Uniform Plumbing Code and AWWA requirements. Target Salary Range The rate / range per hour below represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range $18.40/hr.
