Job Description

About Atria:
The Atria Health Institute is a membership-based primary and specialty health care practice with a focus on prevention and longevity. We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families. All care, including primary care, advanced screening and diagnostics, urgent care, specialty care, 24/7 home visits, and imaging is included in members' annual fee. Our mission is to make healthspan and lifespan equal for all by translating science into medicine in real-time, all while bringing humanity back into health care. Delivering such robust, personalized, and preventive health care is complex and requires a team-wide dedication to excellence. After successfully opening our flagship Institute in New York in 2022 and expanding to South Florida in 2024, we are now bringing the Atria experience to the West Coast with the launch of our Los Angeles Institute in late spring 2026. At Atria, we are seeking a Facilities Engineering Manager to: Lead all facilities engineering operations, serving as the primary technical point of contact for building systems, equipment, and infrastructure — addressing concerns with both precision and professionalism. Develop and manage engineering relationships with building management teams, ensuring structural, mechanical, and systems-level issues are escalated and resolved appropriately. Maintain detailed engineering documentation including maintenance logs, work orders, equipment service histories, incident reports, and compliance records. Source, negotiate, and manage contractor and vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing, SLA adherence, and quality of technical services.
Project Engineering:
Partner with Project Managers on the design, planning, and execution of complex infrastructure upgrades, system installations, and capital improvement projects — providing hands-on engineering oversight and technical consulting throughout the project lifecycle. Own and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and medical-grade equipment across the facility. Maintain 24/7 on-call availability to respond to building alarms, equipment failures, and emergency situations — acting as the first line of technical response. Review and enforce compliance of all service contracts and vendor agreements against facility engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and operational needs. Continuously evaluate building systems performance and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency, reliability, and safety.
Salary:
$110,000 - $130,000
