One-Stop Operator Manager Compensation:
$50/hour during the probationary period through the staffing agency•, transitioning to a $92,700 annual salary upon conversion to full-time employee status, plus benefits.
Purpose:
A socially-conscious company is seeking an operations manager to oversee the operations, staffing, and facilities for an employment services facility in Brea, CA and an additional satellite location in Laguna Niguel, CA. The ideal candidate has experience monitoring government-funded programs, supervising multiple staff members, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the operations and infrastructure for career services program Supervise all facilities staff (career coaches, front desk, trainers, custodians, etc.) and external contractors Manage building infrastructure (security, plumbing, electric, etc.) Manage all purchasing and procurement Monitor program budget Liaise and regularly communicate with government funders and community partners Train staff and ensure high-quality customer service for all customers Allocate office space according to needs Perform analysis and forecasting Model professionalism and inclusiveness, cultivate a safe environment for career development, and motivate clients to find full-time employment
Desired Qualifications:
