Job Description

Job Title:
Receptionist/Facilities Manager Job Type:
NON-EXEMPT
Job Purpose Maintain Atlas Digital Facility. Handle all administrative duties; including answering phones and directing calls, answering the door, greeting guests, ordering supplies, help Executives with administrative tasks and maintaining office cleanliness. They will aid and redirect client questions or issues with facility infrastructure; phones, alarms, repairs, etc. They may also be required to aid Atlas technicians or drivers in regards to access and deliveries. They will also Duties and Responsibilities Open Office at 9am and manage facility. Answer the phones and direct calls. Answer inquiries about the company - redirect sales calls to the Sales Department. Greet guests and make sure they are comfortable. Make sure alarm is turned off or set as needed. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and fridge cleaning schedules. Make coffee for staff and set out food. Order lunch at staff's request and coordinate holiday parties. Update and maintain facility maps. Manage office food delivery service. Maintain beverage and snack inventory and request replenishment. Manage conference call schedule. Make sure offices are tidy and always show ready. Collect and distribute parcels and other mail. Help coordinating office furniture. Aid and assist in Atlas gear/furniture deliveries. Assist with receiving and connecting drives to host computers. Cover Receptionist at other locations as needed. Perform basic clerical duties i.e. filing. Maintain alarm system and its users. Manage keys and key cards. Book vendors and Schedule Maintenance Tech to handle facility repairs,painting, replace lights and keys as needed. Check security cameras and keep them in working order. Maintain a good relationship with the parking valets. Maintain cleanliness of front walk way. Maintain a strong relationship with all members of the Mobile Services Division and other departments throughout Atlas Digital to ensure effectiveness of the department policies and procedures.
Qualifications Required Education:
High School Diploma Required Experience:
Client Services Experience. Basic IT experience. Prior experience in a rental house a plus. Prior experience with a commercial alarm system preferred.
Required Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft OS, Microsoft Office Suite & GMail. Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize work. Must be detail oriented including time management. Have Customer Service experience. Consistent follow-through. Excellent interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and stature. Self-motivated. Common Sense. Strict confidentiality in dealing with people inside and outside of the Company. Follow all aspects of the Atlas Digital Employee Policy and Safety Manuals.
Supervisory Responsibility:
None Conditions of Employment The duties of this position will require the employee to work with computer hardware and related equipment and may include lifting and moving equipment weighing up to approximately 50 pounds. Employees may be required by management to temporarily assist in other departments or locations from time to time as situations or workloads may demand. Your job duties may be modified by management either verbally or in written form to meet the needs of the department and the company.
