Facilities Supervisor Hydra Electrics Burbank, CA Job Details Full-time $37 - $45 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Staff supervision Team supervision Interpersonal skills Filing Maintenance High school diploma or GED Maintenance supervisor experience Attention to detail Manual handling Full Job Description Facilities supervisor Overview The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for the administration and supervision of the Facilities department. Maintains and repairs equipment, structures, utility systems, and grounds. Develops work schedules and gives work assignments to direct reports.
Hourly Rate:
$37.00 - $45.00 Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plans and delegates duties and work assignments for facilities team and outside contractors
  • Manages all maintenance operations, either directly or through subordinates, for the purpose of meeting company production, quality, cost and safety objectives
  • Establishes and implements a preventative maintenance program
  • Handles compliance, record keeping, and permit requirements for all city, state, and federal laws regarding storage, transportation and recycling of hazardous materials as well as maintenance of sprinkler and fire extinguisher systems
  • Maintains filing system for all other statutory, safety and facilities documentation including but not limited to active projects, forms & operating procedures, vendor contact information, permits and OSHA correspondence
  • Integral member of the safety committee assisting with the development, implementation, monitoring, and managing of company safety programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Supports 6S, general housekeeping and continuous improvement activities
  • Interacts with other departments as necessary
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned Education and Experience
  • High School diploma required
  • Minimum 10+ years progressive experience in maintenance
  • 5+ years supervisory experience
  • A team player
  • Efficient, accurate and detail-oriented
