Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to support the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of critical building systems. Our team is representing a role that combines hands-on technical work with strong problem-solving skills to help keep facility operations running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems and equipment, with specialized focus across electrical, HVAC, piping, and plumbing functions. Analyze system issues using Building Automation Systems, blueprints, schematics, pressure readings, and airflow measurements to identify root causes. Perform preventive maintenance on HVACR and chiller systems, and complete daily start-up procedures for key building equipment and systems. Carry out miscellaneous facility repairs, including support for automatic doors, gates, material handling equipment, fire safety systems, emergency eyewash stations, painting, and hardware maintenance.

Required:

Experience in industrial or commercial environments. HVAC experience or a Universal License. Strong understanding of HVAC fundamentals, including system components, electrical wiring, and refrigerant handling. Ability to maintain electrical systems, including low and medium voltage power distribution and lighting systems. Ability to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems. Comfort with flexible scheduling as business needs require.
