Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for the strategic leadership, planning, and oversight of all facilities and property management functions across the organization. Ensures the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of all bank-owned and leased properties. Develops and executes long-term facility strategies aligned with business objectives, including space planning, capital improvements, vendor management, and regulatory compliance. Oversee property operations to maintain a safe, cost-effective, and professional environment for employees and customers.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develops and implements comprehensive facilities and property management strategies to support organizational growth and operational efficiency. Oversee maintenance, repair, and daily operations of all bank facilities, ensuring high standards of functionality, safety, and appearance. Manage property leases, vendor contracts, and service agreements; negotiate terms to optimize cost and service levels. Directs capital planning, including renovations, expansions, and new site development projects. Ensures compliance with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, environmental standards, and regulatory requirements. Leads space planning and workplace optimization initiatives to enhance employee productivity and customer experience. Develops and manages departmental budgets, monitors expenses, and identifies cost-saving opportunities. Oversee emergency preparedness, business continuity planning, and facility-related risk management efforts. Establishes and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Provides leadership, coaching, and performance management to facilities and property management teams. Direct Construction and Remodel project from Design to Construction.QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field required. Master's degree preferred. Professional certifications (e.g., CPM, FMP, or CFM) a plus.Experience:
5-7 years of progressive experience in facilities and property management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience managing multiple sites and large-scale operations, preferably within financial services or a regulated industry. Strong background in Construction and Real Estate, vendor management, capital project oversight, and regulatory compliance.Skills/Ability:
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills Excellent project management and organizational abilities Knowledge of Real Estate related business such as transaction, leases and property Management Knowledge of construction planning and management, facilities maintenance practices, and safety regulations Strong financial acumen and budget management skills Effective negotiation and vendor management capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across all levels of the organization Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and facilities management systems Prefer bilingualOTHER DETAILS
$115K - $124K / year Pay determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
