JOB SUMMARY

Manages facility personnel(s) & processes for maintaining multi-licensee communities which includes interior work (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, masonry and dock and door maintenance) as well as exterior work (repairing the physical structures of buildings, grounds and amenities). Performing hands-on tasks as needed for maintaining assigned facilities Coordinating with vendors, including obtaining bids and communicating with contractors to project completion

Important Details:

This is a full-time permanent role on 1st shift, which operates from 8:00 am to 5:00p Monday through Friday and/or as needed. Available for hours, on-call shifts (As Required) Assures effective and efficient utilization of assigned labor, equipment, and repair parts to maintain control of maintenance cost. Must possess exceptional mentoring, leadership, and organizational skills. Coordinates, and supports completion of corrective and preventative maintenance in accordance with standard operating procedures, helping to minimize facility down time. Ability to organize and multitask with excellence while operating with thoroughness and attention to detail Must have hand tool usage knowledge for basic maintenance and repair throughout the facility(s) Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering design based on floor plans for tenant improvements and submission documents for city and life and safety requirements. Must have general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and etc. Coordinating with vendors, including obtaining bids and communicating with contractors Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM software Direct Supervising Experience in fast-paced environment: 2 years (Preferred) Bilingual - English/Spanish/ Chinese (Preferred) Lead and manage the Facilities Team to ensure proper task management, tracking project timeline, scheduling, inventory, and safety Respond promptly to emergencies and perform tasks necessary for the safety and security of the property and all its occupants Manage janitorial Duties for building cleanliness and appearance Must have hand tool usage knowledge for basic maintenance and repair throughout the facility(s) Assist sales and marketing teams by conducting client tours and promoting the property. Pay rate based on State and experience range $20-26 Certifications a plus for consideration

Education:

Associate Degree or higher in related field or 2-year experience

Pay:

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
