Job DescriptionJob Description Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and cash management.
  • Prepare past due notification.
  • Deposit check daily.
  • Reconcile bank account.
  • Maintain records and reports.
  • Assist with administrative function.
Requirements:
  • AA degree in Accounting.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skill both in English and Chinese.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting software of QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Accurate and detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service by answering questions, providing accurate information, and responding to requests on a timely basis.
  • Helpful attitude and positive approach to work.
