Job DescriptionJob Description Job Responsibilities:
- Perform Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and cash management.
- Prepare past due notification.
- Deposit check daily.
- Reconcile bank account.
- Maintain records and reports.
- Assist with administrative function.
Requirements:
- AA degree in Accounting.
- Excellent written and oral communication skill both in English and Chinese.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting software of QuickBooks is a plus.
- Accurate and detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service by answering questions, providing accurate information, and responding to requests on a timely basis.
- Helpful attitude and positive approach to work.
