Additional expansion is expected. This full-time, on-site Facilities & Quality Manager role at TOMARCO Contractor Specialties LLP dba ISAT Total Support is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing daily facility operations while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and quality. You will support operations, improve processes, and ensure all work meets established standards. We are seeking a hands-on leader who brings strong accountability and a commitment to operational excellence.RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring all building systems, equipment, and infrastructure operate efficiently, safely, and without disruption. Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facility assets. Manage and monitor all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and security systems, ensuring optimal performance and regulatory compliance. Coordinate and oversee external vendors, contractors, and service providers, including contract negotiation, performance management, and timely execution of services. Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations, safety standards, and company policies, conduct routine inspections and proactively addressing potential hazards. Lead facility upgrades, renovations, and capital improvement projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Develop and manage the facility budget, including expense tracking, cost forecasting, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency. Maintain accurate and organized records of maintenance activities, inspections, service logs, and compliance documentation. Implement and oversee emergency preparedness and response plans, ensuring readiness for incidents such as power outages, equipment failures, and safety events. Ensure the facility maintains a clean, organized, and professional environment that supports productivity and reflects company standards. Collaborate with internal departments including Operations, Engineering, Safety, and HR to support facility needs and align with business objectives. Oversee inventory and procurement of facility supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability while maintaining cost control. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to facility operations, sustainability, energy efficiency, and overall workplace functionality. Establish and maintain quality standards, procedures, and performance expectations for all facility operations and services. Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance performance, facility costs, and quality metrics. Provide regular reporting to leadership, including monthly updates with actionable insights and recommendations. Conduct routine quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Identify and address deficiencies, non-compliance issues, and process gaps, ensuring timely resolution. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions to prevent recurring issues. Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs). Partner with internal teams to promote a culture of quality, safety, and accountability throughout the facility. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives, including achieving measurable improvements within the first 90 days.EDUCATION AND EXPIRIENCE
High School Diploma or GED required 5+ years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or a related field Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related infrastructure Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards Experience with quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Further Qualifications- The successful candidate must also pass a background check. •Equal Employment OpportunitySimilar remote jobs
