The Office Furniture Services (OFS) team is a specialized group that supports workspace planning and transformation through exceptional design, installation, and service of Apple's modular furniture systems. As a Facilities Furniture Coordinator, you will support and implement furniture design solutions across Apple facilities, ensuring space efficiency, functionality, and visual harmony. Description You will coordinate and manage furniture installation requests from start to finish. You will focus on the smooth execution of furniture installations by reviewing and processing furniture requests, obtaining approvals, coordinating parts allocation and ordering, scheduling installations, and ensuring all work is completed and properly closed out. Responsibilities Prepare work packets and warehouse pull sheets. Collaborate with internal and external vendors to support timely and accurate project execution. Schedule furniture installations with requestors, installation crews, and external vendors. Track labor hours and costs. Follow up on partial installations and outstanding materials. Support budget tracking, purchase order coordination, and vendor follow-up. Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and the team. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in furniture coordination or workplace operations. Equivalent work experience, technical training, or college-level coursework. Experience using macOS and Microsoft Office applications. Experience with and knowledge of various modular furniture products. College-level coursework, technical training, or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively and provide clear and accurate direction. Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask. Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment. Customer service skills. Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $37.18 and $55.74/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
