May work in manufacturing and production, or manage hotels, small apartment buildings, trailer parks or recreational facilities.

Job Description
Manage the existing portfolio:
landlord relationships, lease obligations, renewals, and exits.Build the playbook:
site requirements, buildout standards, vendor bench, and budgeting model. Travel regularly to sites in progress. Qualifications 7+ years in industrial or corporate real estate or construction project management, with direct experience on warehouse or fulfillment space. Track record of taking multiple sites from search through occupancy, including both leases and purchases. Hands-on experience managing general contractors and buildouts. Comfort working directly with counsel on purchase agreements and leases. Financial rigor. You can model lease vs. buy and buildout budgets, and defend the numbers. Comfort owning a function end to end and driving work to completion without a playbook handed to you. Preferred Existing broker and landlord network in Bay Area industrial markets or a major East Coast logistics market. Experience opening space under real time pressure.
