We are looking for a high-energy, creative, and hyper-organized Director of Fun & Community Culture (officially known as our Lifestyle Manager) . If you are a master event planner, a natural connector, and someone who thrives on turning ordinary days into unforgettable memories (think outdoor summer concerts, boutique wine tastings, and high-impact social clubs), this is your stage. You'll be the heartbeat of our community, keeping our social calendar packed, our fitness spaces buzzing, and our members smiling. Your Daily Setlist (Essential Duties): The Creative Director (Programming & Vision)
Dream Big:
Research, design, and drop a year-round calendar of upscale social events, lifestyle programs, and excursions tailored to our active adult community.
The Ultimate Host:
Plan and facilitate memorable events for community members, ensuring every attendee receives a legendary, high-touch experience.
Brand Champion:
Act as the primary ambassador of the club, infusing fun, professionalism, and a luxury resort feel into everything you do. The Backstage Crew (Operations & Budgeting) Own the
Books:
Manage the annual budget for the activities and events departments like a pro. Track expenses, find cost savings, and maximize event revenue with the GM.
Space Commander:
Oversee the scheduling, rental, and flawless maintenance of our gorgeous club facilities and event spaces.
Vendor Whisperer:
Lock in top-tier entertainment, caterers, and vendors, making sure everyone plays by the house rules and meets our sky-high standards.
Tech Savvy:
Master the Northstar reservation system to track event logistics, promote happenings on the member website, and analyze what events our members love most. The Show Runner (Event Execution)
End-to-End Magic:
From backyard bocce tournaments to full-scale outdoor concerts, you will manage everything from the initial design layout to the final cleanup. Lead the
Floor:
Serve as the senior powerhouse on the floor during major events, managing staff, coordinating setups, and solving problems on the fly. What You Bring to the Stage (Qualifications):
The Track Record:
3-5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, luxury event planning, high-end country clubs, or resort operations. Business Brain +
Creative Soul:
You know how to throwing an epic party, but you also understand spreadsheets, P&L tracking, and vendor contracts.
Tech Fluent:
Super comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and quick to learn specialized club management systems.
Unstoppable Energy:
Excellent communication skills, an infectious positive attitude, and the ability to keep your cool in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
