Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Coordinator to provide essential support to our Property Services team during a leave of absence coverage. In this role, you will serve as the operational glue for our facility, acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a master of follow-up who can navigate high-volume requests with ease, ensuring that daily operations remain seamless and that all service needs are met with a high degree of professional communication.

High SchoolResponsibilities Work Order & Vendor Management:
Manage the full lifecycle of work orders, including tracking, routing, and rigorous follow-up. Coordinate with vendors to schedule requests and verify the successful completion of all onsite services.Financial & Administrative Support:
Support accounts payable processes by performing accurate invoice coding and maintaining detailed tracking logs and service metrics.Operational Continuity:
Support the Property Manager in daily tasks to ensure continuity across the portfolio, including managing preventive maintenance workflows and maintaining database systems.Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as a key liaison between tenants and facilities staff, providing clear updates and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.Compliance & Standards:
Utilize basic knowledge of facilities compliance or regulatory standards to ensure tasks meet industry requirements, particularly within healthcare or commercial environments.Technical Proficiency:
Operate fluently within Microsoft Office and various database systems to manage high-volume data and operational tasks.Onsite Support:
Maintain a consistent onsite presence to oversee daily office operations and respond to immediate facility needs.
