Job Description
Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (JLL) is seeking a Facility Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across commercial real estate assets. In this client-facing role, you'll coordinate work orders, vendor services, and preventive maintenance, ensuring safe, efficient, and well-presented facilities. You'll track budgets, invoices, and service levels, support space planning and moves, and uphold compliance, sustainability, and safety standards. Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day facility operations for commercial properties, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. Serve as primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders, addressing facility-related requests and issues. Schedule, monitor, and document preventive and corrective maintenance with service providers and building staff. Support space planning, workplace moves, and setup for meetings, events, and common areas. Track work orders, service levels, and building inspections using facility management systems and tools. Assist in managing facility budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and vendor contracts. Monitor building systems (HVAC, lighting, security, cleaning) and escalate issues to engineering or management as needed. Support sustainability, health, safety, and compliance initiatives in line with JLL standards and client requirements.
