Workplace SpecialistPosition SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Workplace Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of the office and deliver an exceptional employee and guest experience. This role will oversee workplace services, facilities coordination, office operations, and employee support to ensure a productive and welcoming environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for workplace and office-related needsCoordinate office operations, facilities requests, and vendor relationshipsManage conference rooms, office supplies, and workplace inventorySupport onboarding logistics, desk setups, and employee experience initiativesCoordinate office events, meetings, and workplace programsEnsure office spaces are organized, functional, and well-maintainedPartner with building management and service providers on maintenance requestsAssist with workplace communications and administrative projects
