Maintenance/Groundskeeping Description:
WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca is looking to hire a Part-Time Facilities Assistant to join our talented Facilities team. In this role, you will assist with the general maintenance, groundskeeping, and inspection of the WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca and surrounding property. Responsibilities include maintaining exterior areas of the park, restrooms, showers, campgrounds, and other facility areas. The position may also assist with track maintenance and event preparation as needed. This position offers a great working environment and the opportunity to be part of one of the world's most iconic motorsports venues. Skills and Qualifications Experience using gardening and landscaping tools General janitorial and facility cleaning experience Basic painting and maintenance skills Ability to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis Ability to safely operate gas-powered equipment Ability to safely use ladders Ability to maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Valid California Driver's License Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Availability to work weekends as needed Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic
