Monday•Friday (6:45 AM•3:15 PM preferred) About the Role We are hiring Inspectors to support housing operations during a critical transition period. In this role, you will inspect residential spaces, document damages, and ensure units are ready for incoming residents. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position ideal for candidates with facilities, housing, or inspection experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed room and facility inspections to assess condition, damages, and safety concerns Identify maintenance needs and submit work orders for repairs Collaborate with custodial teams and housing managers to ensure cleanliness and readiness Document findings using photos, reports, and system tools Perform inventory checks (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) Verify completion of maintenance and cleaning tasks Assist in generating damage billing reports based on findings Support special facility-related projects as needed Maintain accountability for assigned keys and assets Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required At least 1 year of relevant experience (facilities, housing, inspections, or similar) preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer proficiency (reporting systems, documentation tools) Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures Preferred Qualifications Experience in facilities, property management, or housing operations Valid California Driver's License (a plus, minimal driving required) •If you're interested to apply, please send your resume at
