Job Description

We are seeking a tactical and hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the building and grounds are well maintained, vendor services are effectively managed, and administrative support staff are supervised. The ideal candidate will bring prior facilities management experience within a manufacturing or production environment and be comfortable adapting to changing business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily facility operations to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient work environmentManage vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and facility-related projectsCoordinate and monitor preventative maintenance and general upkeep of the facilitySupervise administrative staff, including temporary team members such as ArlyAddress facility issues promptly and ensure timely resolution of operational concernsMaintain compliance with workplace safety standards and facility proceduresPartner with internal teams to support operational needs and adjust priorities as business demands change
