Responsibilities:

Preventive and reactive maintenance regularly inspects machinery and equipment (checking oil levels, replacing parts) and repairs, or replaces broken equipment to minimize downtime.

System maintenance:

operates and repairs HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Facility upkeep:

maintains building infrastructure, including lighting, doors, and common areas.

Documentation:

maintains detailed records, logs, and work orders, often using computerized maintenance systems.

Safety compliance:

adheres to safety regulations, including CAL/OSHA and lockout/tagout procedures. Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work performed by maintenance team members and/or vendors on company assets. Work safely in all activities, wear proper PPE, follow all safety policies, and lockout/tagout procedures.

  0630am
• 3pm (Tuesday
• Friday) and 4am
• 1pm (Saturday)

Qualifications:

Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Capable of working at heights and in confined spaces. Ability to handle physical workload. 5+ years of experience in industrial, plant, or laboratory maintenance Experience with 480V electrical systems, motor controls, and electromechanical troubleshooting.
