We specialize in coordinating and managing a wide range of facility services, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, landscaping, general repairs, and construction projects. Position Summary The Facilities Coordinator / Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact between our clients, vendors, technicians, and internal team. This role is responsible for coordinating service requests, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring timely communication, and supporting daily operational activities. This is a fast-paced position where priorities may change throughout the day. Successful candidates will be organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive, process, and coordinate customer service requests Communicate with clients regarding service status, scheduling, and project updates Dispatch and coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and vendors Create, update, and maintain work orders within company systems Monitor service completion timelines and ensure customer expectations are met Troubleshoot customer concerns and assist with issue resolution Maintain accurate customer, vendor, and project records Prepare and organize proposals, estimates, service reports, and supporting documentation Coordinate procurement of materials and services as needed Assist with project tracking, scheduling, and administrative support functions Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and team members Support ownership and management with various operational and administrative tasks Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, dispatching, facilities management, project coordination, or related fields preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general computer systems Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Professional demeanor and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities Preferred Qualifications Experience working in facilities maintenance, construction, property management, or service industries Familiarity with work order management systems such as ServiceChannel, Corrigo, Ecotrak, or similar platforms Experience coordinating vendors, subcontractors, or field personnel Growth Opportunity This position offers significant opportunities for professional growth.
