Department Field House Opening Date 06/01/2026 Closing Date 6/22/2026 5:00 PM Mountain Description Benefits Position Summary, Duties and Responsibilities This position will supervise adult and youth leagues in leadership and support roles in conjunction with officials and coordinators. Supervisors will facilitate games, provide elite customer service, ensure facility safety, and resolve problems/conflicts. Additionally, they will manage and host birthday parties communicating effectively with patrons, staff, and management. Job Qualifications Must be at least 18. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with employees and the public. Education and Experience Prefer solid knowledge of soccer rules and experience in a previous customer service role. Work Environment Noise levels range from moderate to loud, often due to active children, group interactions, or busy transportation settings. Physical Activity(s): Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, or sit on the floor as needed during activities or tasks.
